For all properties, check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10 am.

Yes. Guests are sent directions before they arrive, as satnavs can become unreliable when approaching our rural location.

Yes. Dogs are welcome at Eden Valley Breaks, and guests also have access to a large secure dog run throughout their stay.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Eden Valley, making it very easy to explore the northern Lake District, the Pennines, local villages and many of Cumbria's most popular attractions.

Guests can enjoy fishing, walking, cycling, wildlife watching, local pubs, gardens, historic sites and many other attractions throughout the Eden Valley. Basecamp North Lakes is also just a short drive away.

For direct bookings, if you notify us of a cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund of any money paid above the non-returnable deposit. Bookings for The Barley Mow and The Steading made through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb's own terms and conditions.

Yes. If you would like to bring more than one dog, please let us know before your stay. We are normally very happy to welcome more than one well-behaved dog.

No. Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation or indoor areas at Eden Valley Breaks

Yes. Eden Valley Breaks welcomes families, couples and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing countryside break in the Eden Valley.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer fully accessible accommodation. Of all our accommodation, The Steading is the most accessible as it is arranged entirely on one level, although there is a small step at the front door. The shower also has a seat and handrails for additional support.
